30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be genuinely happy with your Vistara Glow. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to request a return
- Email us at vistaraglow@gmail.com with your order number.
- We reply with return instructions and a return address within 1–2 business days.
- Send the item back in its original condition.
Condition
Items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included — remote control, head straps, eye goggles and charging cable. Items damaged through misuse are not eligible for a refund.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your mask arrives damaged or faulty, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it in full at no cost to you.
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)
In addition to our 30-day guarantee, customers in the EU/EEA have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law (in Norway, angrerettloven). To use this right, notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.
